training and certification or recertification to your employees at your own location at
your own schedule and time. Agenda items include:

FORKLIFT SAFETY RULES
CLASS DISCUSSION
FORKLIFT EXAM (VERBAL/WRITTEN/PRACTICAL )
Each employee participant will receive a Certificate of Completion and supportive
safety reference materials. Company will receive written forklift safety training
completion verification for their records for each employee completing the course.
